STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These terms apply to all sales and services. Any changes must be agreed to in writing before the order is accepted.

1. Priority of These Terms

The client waives the use of their own terms and conditions, even if they were created after this document. Any exception must be approved in writing in advance.

2. Payment Terms

Invoices must be paid within 21 working days unless a different deadline is stated on the order or invoice. If payment is late, the company may charge a fixed interest fee of 10% on the outstanding amount. The company may also pause services without notice if payments are overdue.

3. Long-Term Non-Payment

If an invoice remains unpaid for more than 60 days after the due date, the company may hand the account to a debt recovery agency. All related legal and recovery costs will be charged to the client.

4. Withholding Taxes

Some countries apply withholding taxes based on local laws. These taxes must be paid by the client directly to their tax authorities. The company is not responsible for any local tax deductions. The full invoice amount must still be paid to the company.

5. Service Delivery and Limitations

The company commits to delivering professional services within the agreed timelines. These commitments are based on best efforts and are not guarantees of specific results. The company cannot be required to act as a third party in any claim made against the client by an end customer.

6. Claims and Complaints

Any complaint must be submitted in writing by registered post to the company’s registered office within 8 days of receiving the product or service. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.

7. Governing Law

All agreements and disputes will be governed exclusively by the applicable national law.
