1. Shipping Details
We ship plants across India with careful packaging to ensure they reach you fresh and healthy. All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 days depending on your location. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is shipped. If your plant arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist you.
2. Return & Replacement Policy
We want you to love every plant you buy from us. If there is any issue with your order, we offer easy replacements/refunds. Plants are eligible for replacement/refund depending on availability, if they arrive damaged, dead, or in extremely poor condition. You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos & an uncut unboxing video of the package and plant. We do not accept returns once a plant is delivered, as living plants react to new environments. Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not possible.

3. Product Information & Description Standards
Every plant at Tiny Cactii is grown in a healthy, controlled nursery environment. Our plants are handpicked, pest-free, and rooted before shipping. Sizes may vary slightly because plants grow naturally. Pot color and shape may differ based on stock availability, but plant quality remains the same. Please read each product’s care instructions to help your plant adjust after delivery. If specific details are missing on any product, refer to this guide as the default description.
4. Availability & Stock Updates
Availability on our website reflects the real-time nursery stock. Products marked “In Stock” are ready to ship. Items marked “Out of Stock” will be available again soon based on plant growth cycles. For bulk orders or pre-orders, contact us directly and we’ll arrange availability for your required quantity.
5. Reviews & Ratings Policy
Tiny Cactii allows verified customers to leave ratings and reviews after their purchase. Reviews help other buyers choose the right plant and help us maintain quality. Only genuine customers who received the plant can submit feedback. We do not modify or delete honest reviews unless they contain inappropriate content. Ratings appear on product pages once at least one customer review is submitted.

All prices on Tiny Cactii include applicable taxes. Prices may vary based on plant growth, demand, and seasonal availability. If there is a sale or offer, the discounted price will be valid until the date mentioned on the banner or product listing.
