5. User Responsibilities
Provide complete and accurate name, address, landmark, and phone number.
Monitor tracking updates and coordinate with the courier for local delivery issues where required.
Record a single, clear, uncut unboxing video from opening the outer parcel until the plants are fully removed, in case a transit‑damage claim is later needed.
Report any eligible transit damage within 48 hours of delivery along with video and photos.
Provide appropriate care (light, water, ventilation) immediately after delivery as per basic plant‑care guidelines.
6. Order Processing & Cancellations
6.1 Order Acceptance
Order acceptance is subject to successful payment, product availability, accurate address details, and serviceability of your PIN code. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders that do not meet these conditions.
6.2 User‑Initiated Cancellation
Because plants are live and perishable, cancellations after order placement are generally not allowed. In rare cases where an order has not yet entered processing, a request may be considered at our discretion and may be subject to payment‑gateway or handling fees.
